Here are a few guidelines to help you fill out the registration form.

You will need to take a look at the following pages and determine your car classification for the Car Show and the Autocross before you start your registration.

You will be able to pay via PayPal or via Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal account.

Please fill out the registration and payment page and fill out the information on the form, print yourself a copy and then click on submit to send the completed form to initiate payment.

Please email a photo of your car for us to use on your name tag. (not too big please). Send to 2015mmw@gmail.com

Once your registration and payment have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please verify everything is correct and if there are any changes, please let Mike smith know by emailing 2015mmw@gmail.com

Deadlines to be aware of:

• Host Hotel will be holding the block of rooms until April 28, 2015. After that date they will not guarantee the rate.
• Registration: Deadline May 10, 2015.
• After May 10th please add $25 late fee.
• After June 1st, no guarantee of meals or memorabilia.
